Starting Softs & Cravings

I had my lap band on 01/25/11 and I start my soft period in a few days. I already have some ideas of things I can eat such as yogurt, tuna packets, cottage cheese, oatmeal, etc. but i am looking for some more creative ideas. I have been craving italian food, specifically pizza nonstop for weeks now. Any ideas for food that I can actually eat that will curb this craving?

Thank you in advance!

I M ON SOFT FOODS YOU CAN HAVE LUMP CRAB meat WITH LOW FAT MAYO AND OLD BAY AND I EVEN HAD A SMALL CRAB CAKE BECAUSE IT IS MUSHIE, ALSO MASH POTATOES, APPLESAUCE THERE IS ALOT OF RECEIPES OH AND REFRIED Beans WITH LOW FAT OR FAT FREE SHREDDED CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM I EVEN ADDED A LITTLE SALSA

A lot of people have said that baking ricotta cheese covered in spaghetti sauce and mozzarella is yummy. That might help the pizza craving! You could even mix a little pesto in the cheese for extra Italian flair!

I havnt started my mushy stage yet , but I was craving chili , so my wife put it in the blender and dang it was good , if I wanted I could have drank it
