Weather Changes affect your bnd

Have you noticed when the weather changes that your band gets tighter? I've heard people talk about when the pressure changes your band may get tighter. Kind of like when you fly in an airplane. What are your thoughts? Is there anything you can do to stabilize your band if this does happen?
