Diabetes

I went for my visit with dietician today.I was informed of my lab results from last week.I am Pre Diabetic.I am just trying to absorb all of this information while trying to wait patiently on my insurance company.Either way I have set 4 small goals with dietician.I will not let this moment define me.I will take control of my life and hope to have the asistance of the lapband.
