High Protein/Low Carb

Otay..so after we get to point where we are eating normal food after the surgery... we're supposed to do high protein and low carb.. is anyone gonna kinda do atkins and if so.. is it gonna be like the original one where you eat however much cheese, meat, etc... or are you gonna do a "lighter" version where you are watching the calories more?? Just curious what everyone is gonna do...

When I was looking at flights to Tampa..it did say Tampa Bay! lol

I got my staples taken out on monday...I go back in 6 weeks to get a fill..then I guess I get one every 6 weeks supposedly after that... depending on how well or not well you are doing I guess... I've heard that my dr is very conservative on the fills so we'll see what really happens.

Aww...thanks for the kind words hon! I'm really trying to make this year about myself.. I've had a hard...really hard..last 5 years so I really want my wants and goals to come to fruition...I'm trying to have a really positive outlook. I think it can only help! :)
