What do you think

I called yesterday and realized the insurance company did not have any of my information. So I got a fax number for the correct department and gave it to the surgeons office to refax info.I am thinking about getting information from my orthopedic doctor to support my need for the surgery.I am also thinking of sending pictures of myself at the gym to support the fact that I know the band is not a quick fix and that I have to do my part.I also plan to type up a letter with all of my diagnosis and my family medical history to support my need for the surgery.I wanted to know if anyone else have went this route.I am waiting on my letter from my GYN doctor who has monitoed my weight and prescribed Adipex and vitamin B-12 shots in the past for me.I just want to be prepared with all the necessary and helpful paperwork. So with that being said, what do you think?

Did you get a letter from your primary doctor? If not, you should. That may help as well.
