First Fill

I was banded December 17, 2010 and today I got my first fill (4cc)! I have lost about 45lbs to date but my weight loss has been at a stand still for about two weeks. The fill wasn't as bad as I expected. Not much pain at all really. I guess I will see what the next month holds. 20lbs lost I hope!:P

    Wow, 45 lbs! That's amazing ! Are you exercising a lot to achieve such terrific weight loss? 'Cause 1to2 lbs is about average per week. Keep up the great work and keep doing what ever it is that is working so well for you! :) It is so exciting to have a great jump start in your journey. Kudos to you!
