Is there any kind of problem using an exercise ball....you know the big balance things you can sit on, do sit ups on or roll around on?

Silly question!!! Huh??? Just want to make sure....Had surgery in April of 2010.

After my surgery, i had to take a "new start" exercise and nutrition class. One of the classes was on the big ball so should be fine!

I, too, use the ball several times a week with no problems. Good luck.
