Hi SleepyJean,

Yes. I've read the book. It's very good and has good suggestions. It was written by a woman who had the Lapband surgery. I found it very helpful in deciding wether or not to have LB surgery. My two cents: it's a good read. = )

I read it and it is a good book. I think it is more interesting for people pre-band than post-band though. Usually by the time you have been banded, you pretty much know most of what is in it.

I have read it several times now and I have found it to be incredibly helpful. The information is easy to read and understand and it helped steer me in the direction of wanting the band.

Excellent read for pre.bandsters. I read several times when researching and also many times waiting for my surgery.

Definitely worth the money.

I would be glad to mail to anyone.
