I live near Cleveland Ohio and my dr's names are Dr. Timothy Duckett and Dr. Thomas Oweiss and they are located in the Toledo area. I hope to be banded mid-March!

YES! I found a Doctor:

Ohio State University Medical Center

Bradley Needleman.

But I just found out that a Doctor Martin who live here in Dayton will start doing the band in Feb or March.

A recent study showed that there are five times as many complications in patients whose doctors are new at the LapBand. (All LapBand doctors are experienced at laporoscopic surgery, but experience with the LapBand makes a difference.)
