Supplements and Vitamins

I was just wondering if anyones surgeons recommended taking certain vitamins or supplements? Mine said a multivitamin, but didn't mention anything else. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Mine just told me a multi-vitamin also plus a calcium chew twice daily, however i discovered my multi-vitamin had no iron in it. A lot of them don't. I finally found a multi-vitamin plus minerals. I felt way less tired after taking that for a couple of weeks. I log my food and i really have a hard time getting enough iron so i really needed a supplement.

Good luck on your journey!

Flintstone chewables with choline. That is the secret at Henry Fords Bariatric clinic in Michigan. Also it works. Check out MUSCLE MILK for different protein drinks. I buy mine on ebay.

I like COOKIES N CREME, and CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER.
