Trusting New Fill Level

I'm now down to a comfortable fill level after being so tight I couldn't eat without discomfort or vomiting.

So far I can eat vegetables, salads rice and other real foods again. It's been so long since I've eaten without problems that it's making me a bit nervous.

I seem to be able to eat an appropriate amount in terms of calories.

One of the nutritionists at my clinic told me that a lot of people tend to undereat, which is what I think I'm tending towards now. It makes it scary to think that I could eat regular small portions.

Yesterday I had a half a small shrimp crepe, some salad and a bit of rice for lunch, I ate the other half for dinner. Does this seem reasonable?

I felt satiated and did't want to eat more, but didn't have a tight feeling.

It's confusing me.

It feels so good but I'm nervous.

Is anyone else eating in this way?

Do I need to up my fill?

Should I "feel" tight but still be able to eat?
