I heart eggface!!

Okay, so I know this isn't new, but for anyone who hasn't been there yet:

Yesterday I made her mexican meatloaf (super-yum!), and this morning I made her cottage cheese pancakes (awesome!). THey were both really easy and very delicious.

So, just a little appreciation for a great blog with some great info and recipes!
