Diabetic Pre-Op Sample Menu

Was wondering if anyone had one? My doctors website gives a great sample for phase 2 and 3 but frankly the pre-op has me pretty confused.. I do so much better with structure .. At 7am eat this, at 11am eat this and thiis ... I dont like decisions
