Strange noises from below!

I had a fill yesterday, ended up back the same afternoon due to being over-filled. The doc took 1 cc out and I felt better rather quickly. I am still having weird gurgly, growly noises coming from somewhere below. Has anyone else ever had this happen? What is going on? It's not a tummy growling but like in my throat.

Thanks for any help/input!
