Not bad for 6 days!

Wow, got on the scale at the gym today (I was banded 6 days ago) to find that I lost 14 pounds! Also, blood sugar dropped 100 points in the same time frame. Now I am even more psyched to get on with this workout program, cant wait til the doctor gives me the green light...

Awesome! Keep up the good work!

I'm a Yankee fan also, btw

Wow! That is amazing! Congratulations on both successes.

Wow! You GO! Isn't it amazing? Someday too you'll be able to say I "used to" have high sugar, high chloresterol and blood pressure.

Keep up the Great Start!

Thanks for the encouragement, guys. I really feel great and have hit the ground running. Thanks to my family and the Lord, I am going to succeed.
