How do you count bites and tiny portions

I am into the eatting food stage before my first fill. But this will be a relavent question for the rest of my life. How do you count one or two bites of food calorie wise? Like I had like 3 bites of chicken breast. I mean how many calories is that? I am not sure if I am over estimating or under estimating.

I dont bother personally. I havent counted a calorie in years and I dont plan to ever again.

It really isnt relevant. If you dont eat too much, you wont be too fat, that's pretty much the equation. If you eat a lot less you will lose weight.

I know some people like to do it, so maybe someone else can tell you their methods, but I personally found it very liberating to give up all that stuff.

www.livestrong.com helps me with calorie counting and calorie burns...it really has been a great tool for me...just type in what you ate and it figures it for you! =) Hope it helps!

lapbandjourney.com is awesome too, it counts calories and how many calories burned for you too. I love it and use it everyday.
