Found a Dr. first appointment July 1

I'm in Shreveport, LA and have decided to see Dr. Merriman. I have given them my insurane info and of course my insurance doesn't cover anything. So I will be self-pay, I am shopping for a loan, does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, I'm thinking of starting a blog of my adventure, mostly for me to reflect back on. I've seen some people's YouTube video blogs, while I love watching them I don't know if I'm comfortable enough to be seen on video. If you have documented your course either by written blog or video let me know how and how it has worked for you.

I'm just so excited about this I have been researching everything I can. I'm looking for something to do so I feel involved and a part of the group before I actually get started.
