Am off for a first consultation tomorrow in London with Elyzea and am in a turmoil about whether or not a band is for me. Am 16 stone 9 and have battled all my life with never ending diets. I have been great at sticking to plans for up to 10 months, losing lots of weight but inevitably I return to my old behaviours and it all goes back on.
I am finding myself becoming more extreme in my attempts to become healthy  and wonder whether this idea is realistic, or just another mad attempt.
Am I capable of changing my behaviour in the long term? Will this help to change my mindset or will I revert yet again? Has anyone out there made a successful long term change?
