I don't get it.....

I just don't...... how am I gaining????

I know its not much 2.6 lbs but..(in two days).... I work out.....eat less I should be loosing...or staying at the same weight...... tuesday I had two 100 cal. bars... not that crazy.... and yesterday I ate very well......and had one 100 cal. dark chocolate bar........ and worked out Mon,tues,wed???? (I work out every week)..plus I drink my Water.....now come on!!??!?! ;)

.....also sitting here wondering why my upper half lip is still swollen? ;) .....woke up tuesday with a half swollen lip and its not going away????? weird eh? :devil_smile:

dark angel, have you ever had food allergies? a swollen lip was the first sign in 2 of my boys. they came out of nowhere.

as far as gaining or losing a pound or two, i do it all the time. TOM, exercise, heat all affect my Water levels. as long as the trend is down i don't worry too much.

i hope today is better.

Weight gain is fairly normal. Most people's weight fluctuates up and down by a couple of pounds. It is usually to do with hormones, Water retention or the like.

As to the lip, it could be an allergy, or maybe an insect bite, or you walked into something, someone hit you, you could have a cold sore coming...................................

basically it could be anything!

Sorry i'm not much help!

try hopping off the scales. Wieght yourself once a week. it is impossible to guage things on a day to day basis
