I am new

I am new to the forum. I just had my surgery last week in monterrey and am feeling ok except for the terrible shoulder pain. any suggestions

Congratulations on your band. The shoulder pain is from gas. I was banded two weeks ago and mine is rare now. Gas X and a heating pad helped me. It also helps to walk around a lot. Take it easy and welcome to the board.

Yep, walk around, thats the best thing you can do. It does go away so hang in there.
