Restriction after fill!!!

I had my first fill this past Friday he gave me 3cc's so I have 3.66cc's. My question is how do you know if you have restriction? I am on full liquids right now so I guess I really wouldn't know at this time. Do I have to wait to see until I am on full food? And what exactly does it feel like? Is it just a full feeling after not eating much?
