I need HELP with a meal plan!!

I have been banded since April and had my first fill 2 weeks ago. I have no idea what to be eating. My Dr said he'd go over how many calories I should be getting and what I should be eating but he never did. I am winging it and I dont think I am doing very well. If any one could LMK meal plans that work would be great. Like Breakfast, lunch and dinner... how much protien, veggies, carbs... anything would help me!!!! :(
