Starting to understand "head hunger"

Was'nt really sure what head hunger was or how it worked but Im starting a pre-op diet and have been on it for only 2.5 days but i understand now what everyone is talking about lol. I eat my small little healthy meal and even though I'm not hungry, I keep thinking to myself that I should just run over to McD's and grab a cheeseburger to "top it off". Ugh! So far I have been doing really great but I just feel like Im thinking about food a lot and constantly wondering when I can eat again and what I'll have. I guess as long as I don't cave, I can think about it all I want :tongue2:
