Maybe because it's a city and not a state? We also don't have any countries listed, so our OZ folks don't get a dedicated forum... Just throwing out ideas

    That is why they are fighting now becaused there is taxation without representation. All because it is Federal land they get the short end of the stick. In this area is is called the metro area MD/DC/VA. Well, they should have a Canada site and International site then Stickys could be posed for the various countries. Just throwing out more ideas.
