what contract?

and what should be in it?

i've been reading some posts that say get a contract from Slimband that states that Dr Yau is the one doing the surgery. but what else should it say?

I think the intent is to suggest your obtain a written agreement from the clinic on the warrantee of the band and aftersupport and for how long. I think they already do that but you should enquire. I also gave the clinic at time of surgery my wishes if anything went wrong. I do this with all my surgeries.
