Has anyone heard of people getting their port in their shoulder?

Also! Does anyone know of a doctor in alberta who does fill under fluoroscopy other than in Grand Prairie?

I thought my location was abnormal. It is near the center of my chest. I have never heard of anyone yet having their port near the shoulder area.

Both places sound awkward. The band is placed around the stomach to make a small pouch. I wouldn't want my port sticking out when I wore a blouse or bathing suit.
