Not online very much!

Hello Julyers - I was banded on July 17th with a weight of 254lbs - for the first time in my adult life I am under 200lbs and something has changed in me - I need eat a lot better been eating not so good stuff and depending on workouts to loose any sugestions? I apologize that I am not on line much I am working on my Masters degree and take online classes and work more than full time. I just don't have time. I am taking a two week break from college and then back to school. Thanks ahead of time for any eating sugestions or input from fellow Julyers...
