One Year Ago

It has been one year and one day since my band surgery and I am doing great. When I started this trip I was unhappy all the time, my body hurt, I did not want to do anything. 65 pounds later I am happy with myself, body no longer hurts like it used to and I love getting out again. I am very happy I made the decision to get the band to help me with the weight loss and maintain it.
