I need help understanding a few things!!!

Hey everyone! I have a question for anyone that has gone through the websites online to find a lap band doctor on Mexico. So I have been doing research and writing to many different websites to ask questions and so forth. Well I came across Dr. Almanza's and found two different websites that he was featured in for information. One being (a lighter me) another (lap band trip). I received two different e-mails from two different sources, but the same contact numbers, yet two different price quotes. So my question is..... Are they both real? Have any of you gone through these websites? Or can someone give me any clues on what to do when contacting these sites before I just send money and never get a surgery. Thanks..
