Computer Journal or Diary

Hi all - I've been reading for awhile - I am about half way through my pre-op prep. Went to the nutrionist yesterday - super motivating. I expect to be ready by mid June if all goes well. My question is - is there a computer journal or diary that is easy to use that I can downloand from somewhere. The ones I have found on line are like for kids. I don't mind paying for it - is there one anyone uses?

I love www.myfitnesspal.com! Has an app for your iphone if you have one. Tracks food and exercise. Great tool, has been VERY helpful to me.

thanks MM - no I'm a BB guy - looking for something that I can put on my laptop and record my progress and my thoughts as I go through this.

FitDay.com is free, and in addition to food and exercise, it has space for regular journaling, too. They have a program for the computer for a fee, but I don't use it.
