support groups

I live in virginia 1 hour outside ronoake.I have not yet been banded but hope to have insurance approval soon.I'am interested in finding a support group in my area, if anyone has any info that would be great. I wish everyone good luck. If you are in my area I would love to hear from you.Any advice for a future bandster.
