2.5 years out having minor issues

I've had my band for 2.5 years, recently having some reflux issues at night and more gurrgling than normal. From what I've read I may need an unfill but I have a few questions.

I was banded in MX and would like to get some sort of check up but dont feel comfortable traveling there in these times. Will a regular dr see me? Does anyone know of one in Las Vegas? What would I get, an upper GI?

Also, I don't think I get enough fluids. Would that cause any tightening or swelling of the band?

Thanks in advance for your input.
