MORE restriction at night - HELP

Hi Everyone,

I eat 3 meals a day Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can eat my breakfast and lunch with no problems. At dinner lately I have been having problems with chicken and pork (etc)getting stuck and I can barely eat much for dinner. Has anyone had this issue? I have kicked up my excercising alot lately and I don't know if that has something to do with it, I am stumped? Do you lose weight in your stomach? LOL? I don't know what to make of it but it has been happening more frequently lately.

I was under the assumption that you have more restriction in the morning.

I thank anyone in advance for any input you may have.

The band is kind of fickle---and it's pretty common for it to be tighter at one time of day or another. I used to be tighter in the morning, but now I, too, am tighter at night.

It's weird, but I just adjust what I eat accordingly.

Thanks Betsy

This is all a learning experience and my experiences change so much. I am so glad there are people like you to chat with because sometimes I start to think something is wrong but I don't want to call my nutritionist every 5 minutes, I think she see's me enough. Thanks again.
