Just wondering when you KNEW you were at your sweet spot??
I went for a fill/checkup today and was surprised that my surgeon didn't give me any fill! I'm currently at 5.7cc in a 10cc band and have lost 6.6kgs (14.5lbs) in 8 weeks which he was happy with (and I am extremely happy with)!
I'm just a little concerned that I won't keep losing weight like this (I have been going to the gym 5 days a week and will continue to do so) because I didn't get any fill put in.
When you are at your "sweet spot", does that mean that you continue to lose weight at a same pace without needing to get extra fill put in?
(He did tell me that If I do keep losing weight I will still need more put in next time - I'm guessing this is what is called the "maintainence fill?")
