Ab Equipment....

My head is spinning right now. I was so dead set on getting an Ab Circle Pro machine...until I read a bazillion reviews on it (mostly bad about the machine being of poor quality). Then I started looking at additional options (Ab Coaster, Ab Flyer....)

While I plan on doing my regular cardio (I do a two-mile power walk every day with additional moves ala Leslie Sansone), I wanted to get opinions as to what is out there that will help me work on my "pooch". It is definitely my problem area :frown:.

Thanks for any opinions, testimonials, and suggestions!!

I have an Ab Rocket. I bought it off of eBay brand new for about 80 bucks shipped. It is pretty good. I still have my "pooch" though, but it has gone down some, however. Belly fat is tough for a lot of people to get rid of.

I am a craigslist junkie and I have seen these on there, maybe you can get one really cheap.

I hate to tell on myself, but there is a product called the abdolly that actually works if you use it, which I haven't lately. It is $100. www.abdolly.com

I need to start using it again because it helped the arms and the midriff too.

find a version of the ab ripper x video of p90x and use that. In all reality the best piece of equipment for your abs, is the ground. I do ab ripper x and yoga belly 7 of the p90x video's 4 days a week and it makes a huge difference. Just my .02
