This is so strange and I'm not sure if it matters much. I have always been a people watcher and try to read people. Now that I have lost weight people are nicer to me. I walk down the halls at work and people that wouldn't speak to me before are nicer to me. People say hello and smile. I'm not as fat on the outside but the same on the inside. Has anyone else seen a change on how people treat them or is it just me.

I was just telling my friend the same thing another night. I have only lost 47 lbs and still have a lot to go but people are noticing me! Before I would be invisible but now people say hi and smile and try to talk to me. It’s strange but I love it.

Oh I completey agree. I know what you mean. I was just thinking the same thing yesterday. I work as a nurse in a clinic and have noticed the people will smile and say hello in the hall more often now.
