I was turned on to the following drink by a fellow bandster.

RTD 51 - Calories - 240; Total Fat 2g; Total Carb 7g, Sugar 2g; Protein 51g. Now this information is for the Frosty Chocolate which taste like a chocolate milkshake when it is cold - and cold is the only way to drink this. I got mine at Drug Emporium and they come in assorted flavors - Peanut Butter Cup, Creamy Vanilla, Mocha Blast (has caffeine); Frosty Chocolate and Berry Blast (have not tried that one yet.).

15 oz and one serving per contanier. I got it at Drug Emporium - not sure I said that or not.:thumbup:
