Having fill confusion...Input needed

I have been banded since September of 2007 and was successful with my fills and weighloss. Last year in July I noticed I was miserable with acid reflux where, so I had a complete unfill. I began to gain weight fairly quickly even though I was exercising. My doctor informed me of this and not to freak out. I healed from my esophagus and was ready for fills. Slowly we began the fills, I was not losing weight, so I would go for more.

I have gained a total of 25 lbs since last July and cannot seem to lose that. I remember how miserable I felt when I had acid reflux and don't want to be there. However, I don't like where I'm at now. I am up 3 sizes and am flabby. My exercise is 4 days a week at about an hour a day. Mostly running. I have a 4 cc band and have a 2cc fill. I am contemplating going for another fill, but not sure how much would make a difference, I am scared to be aggressive. My doctor is no longer in town... he comes once a month, therefore I can't undo a fill right away. How much is too much in a 4cc band? I can eat solids all day, evenings are even better. I feel like I am not filled most of the time except during TOM. I want the restricion I have during TOM. Ugh, I hate that I have back tracked this much. I got rid of all my fat clothes. Help! Any suggestions are welcomed!
