flat belly diet??

has anyone here tried this way of eating? I have been looking for a food plan that appeals to me and this is the best I have seen. It is designed by prevention magazine editors and is more of a mediterranean type of diet, with emphasis on healthy whole foods. my sister has been doing it and has had good success. I will start it next week (waiting for my book to come) and will report in weekly for my own accountability and to give feedback on my experience with it. I would love to know if there are others out there on this plan! thanks, Dyanna

so far it is great. i love the food and and ability to eat like this for the rest of my life. it is REALLY a HEALTHY and SIMPLE diet. I am only in my 3rd day but.............down 9 lbs this morning!!!!!!!!!!;)

i am waiting for all the toxins/crap to get out of my body. felt pretty tired and emotional with a bit of a headache the first two days..........but definitely doable for 4 days and then you are switched to the regular plan. I will try to remember to keep in touch.. but don't hesitate to ask in case I get side tracked..........which is very easy for me:tongue:

what is the name of the food plan you are doing?

It is called the Flat Belly Diet. I had not heard of it until my sister told me about it. when I searched the internet I found tons of stuff and have signed up on their website for 4 months, which so far I like really well. it gives menus, grocery lists and recipes and like I said, it is very simple. oh yes and you get chocolate with every meal if you choose a MUFA. :wub:Dyanna
