Hi, I am new to this site and wanted to ask if anyone knows of MD's in US (prefer Washington State) that will remove bands done in Mexico? I would truly appreciate any feedback. Also, does anyone know if insurance will pay for removals if there is complications (insurance would not cover placing the band).

I LOVE my lap band surgeon. He's in Washington and I know he takes patients that have been banded in Mexco. I don't know if he does removals. I drove from the Portland, OR area to Dr Neal in WA because he's totally worth it! Pacific Surgical
