Food Question

Okay My doctor and Dietitian have been real sticky about what to and not to eat. I'm on real foods stage now but no Red meat, bread, rice, pasta or coke for 1 year plus!

I go Tuesday for my first fill and I'll meet with my dietitian after.

OkAY question--

What is the rule on eatting salad?

Tommorow is my daughters 10th birthday and for dinner she want to go to Olive Garden. I just love the salad there!

Do you think I can or should eat it?

What about the soups there?

Any suggestions PLEASE!!

THANKS:cool:
