Anyone tried bender ball?

I saw this on tv and was wondering if anyone has used it. Also, this is probably stupid, but is it safe to do ab workouts? My doctor never said anything about it, so I was just wondering what everyone else was told.

Don't waste your money go to walmart or target and get the bigger ball to exercise on. I was very dissappointed when I ordered mine.

My doctor's ofc said no crutches or crutch type exercises ever. They said it could cause my port to flip. According to another thread, different doctors say different things on this subject so, it's best to ask your doctor.

I know people who are banded that do karate and there is a pro golfer, etc. Just use common sense. I have the bigger ball that I got from Walmart also that I really like. It is by Danskin. It also comes in a pack with three size bands. Very reasonably priced.
