I'm done with all of my testing, now we are waiting for the psychologist to get a report to my surgeon's office so they can send everything to the insurance company. The psychologist told me that she would have the report for them by next week...
The nurse told me that Blue Cross is one of the easiest insurance companies to work with, so it's probable that I could have the surgery by the end of January!
