My surgery is coming up on Oct. 15, 2010. It is only 6 days away. I am on my pre-diet of only protein meal replacement shakes. It is tough but I have dropped about 10lbs so far. I am totally excited to start my lapband journey. I know it isn't going to be easy but I am ready to change my life now.
