When, at 44 yrs old, I was hospitalized with heart failure I began to explore gastric banding and quit my 30 yr smoking habit cold turkey.With multiple health issues, complete dorkdom and a sense of humor where nothing is sacred, I am stumbling through this walk. Oh...and I curse..a lot.
