  1. Ok I know that spitting up is not a good thing. But, sometimes you just HAVE to! My mother had this done six years ago and can just push her spit up out quietly. Me, I have to literally cough it out. She has tried to explain to me how she "spits" it out quietly, but I am not getting it. I would prefer to be quieter about it just to not disturb my family, co workers or ppl in public places. I know this is kind of gross but I would like to know how you spit up and how to make it quieter!
  2. Is it normal to still be having diarrhea nearly a month after surgery? Sorry, I know this is a little TMI, but I am getting concerned. I am eating solid foods, and had my first fill last week. I am losing weight on schedule and everything else is great, but the sudden diarrhea is getting REALLY old! Please tell me this will pass soon!
  3. I just had surgery yesterday, but thought while i was home recovering I would get ideas on what things work best. I am 26, 5'4, 235lbs. My mom had this surgery 5 years ago and of course had problems with those areas. She had plastic surgery to fix it all. I prefer to NOT have those surgeries! I was kind of hoping with my weight and age that I could work away a lot of the skin problems if I start off at the beginning...It's worth a shot, right? So I ordered a thigh master...but wondering about other ideas....I of course am not using them this soon, but plan to as soon as I am well enough....open to all ideas...Thanks!
  4. I am so full of questions and a bundle of nerves. I am 26, never had surgery, and dont know what all to expect....please just give me some words of advice as to how to make it smoother for myself. And HONESTLY answer about your pain and discomfort before, during and after sugery....I just want to know about other peoples...Thank you!
