  1. does this port flipping happen to many people? it happened to me and the doctor said that it never happens.....but it sounds like it happens frequently.....how was this resolved for you? my port has flipped twice and i am about to have corrective surgery (again) only this time with the old kind of metal ports and relocated to mid chest just under the breast bone - has anyone ever heard of this?
  2. My port has flipped for the second time. My original surgury was in July 2009. The first port flipped before my first fill. the second port flipped after I had my first very small fill. Now over one year since the original surgury I am scheduled for the port to be changed again. This time the doctor wants to relocate the port to the bottom of my sternum and use an old metal port. I am very concerned. Has anyone had a similar experience?
