someone that is a good friend and good supporter. i am a military wife so i dont like drama. i stay far away from drama and backstabbing. send me a mail lets talk. i have no friends here in killeen. i have lived her 4 years and dealt with backstabbers. i decided i didn't need friends but i do cause my husband will be going on his 4th deployment. :smile:.trust is a big thing to me.

i know how you feel ihave a husband in the army. he has done 3 deployments and its hard to schudule operations. one year home one year in deployment. good luck on your band date. im agressive i called the dr offices and demand to know what is going on when appointments are cause no one would call me. then they had me doing the calling for codes i was so mad it like that is your job not mine. its aggravating my date was pushed earlier i was suppose to be the 8th now its the 13th.:thumbup:

I have tricare and they pay for it if you have prime. i am not sure about the lower ones. what is your bmi do you know? i got approved fast.

What pain meds did they give you and did they work? how much pain were you after surgery and how long did it last? from a scale from 1-10 10 being the worst pain ever how would u rate it?

i felt the same way. i also have put my husband through hell cause he can eat whatever and i want a hamburger. i fely sick and hungry. thanks god surgery is almost here.

i have been living off of broth inbetween meals. last week i lost 6 lbs. this week i lost none. kind of depressing. i'll just wait until my operation.

i was wondering if anyone knows what tests they run? I am a little nervous and curious.

i am only allowed 78-98 grams of protien. Breakfast - shake with 1% milk lunch- yoguart, Jello dinner- shake with 1%milk, and jello. Water, broth all i want thanks i was excited to see the lbs dropping so fast.

I have been on the pre-up diet for 5 days and lost 6 lbs. the problems is i am so hungry. i am following what the menu says but man this is so hard. i am also weak.
