  7. Hello Pals, Its been a while since I have been on here. I had the lapband which was removed in 2016. Slowly over the two years and sadly I gained 25 lbs. I am scheduled for Sleeve on 1/23/19. Just reaching out to see what everyone's experience has been if you converted from lap band to sleeve. I wasn't worried at all with lapband but I am a little with this surgery
  8. I need your help. There is so much discussion about chewing your food completely (which I understand) but waiting between bites. My NUT says I need to wait 10 minutes between bites and my support group confirms that as well. I cannot sit in anyone one place long enough to finish all my food. If I eat a bit every 10 min then I may only get two or three total bites. Is this reality, do I need to accept this or is there a more reasonable solution?
