  1. Same thing with me, but my most intense part of the elliptical workout is 20 minutes in, and I am basically sprinting. Instead of going heal to toe, which is normal, this part of the workout I catch myself so focused on the intensity that I am on my toes for the last 10 minutes. This causes my feet to tingle as well, so I have to concentrate on stepping correctly to keep that from happening. After the sprint, which is still slow for other people around me (I don't care), I do a 5 or 6 minute cool down, and my feet go back to normal again. It's all about blood flow. Regarding your shoes, I don't know what you are wearing, but I like a good running shoe because of the cushion. Even though the elliptical is low or little impact, you are on the thing for 30 minutes or more, so you do need good cushioning.
  2. Probably just a follow up visit. Normally you will not come in for 4-6 weeks for the first and subsequent fills.
  3. From another guy, let me just say that what made my mind up to get banded was that I finally realized that I really could not do this on my own like I had convinced myself I could for all those years. The more I thought about food I was going to miss, the more I realized that this was the food that was slowly killing me. I was banded 6 days ago. The liquid diet sucks, but you have to look at the larger picture in the weeks, years to come. I HAD to do this, and it sounds like you do to, but you really have to change your own life. Get back on the treadmill, a little at a time, do the diet the way they tell you to, and you will live to do way more than walk your daughter down the isle. Good luck bro.
